As with other PDE5 inhibitors, SILDENAFIL ORAL FILM has systemic vasodilatory properties that resulted in transient decreases in supine blood pressure in healthy volunteers.
Combination with other PDE5 Inhibitors or Other Erectile Dysfunction Therapies The safety and efficacy of combinations of SILDENAFIL ORAL FILM with other PDE5 inhibitors, including pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) treatments containing sildenafil or other treatments for erectile dysfunction, have not been studied.

Inform patients not to take CIALIS with other PDE5 inhibitors, including ADCIRCA.
