• Serotonin Syndrome : Increased risk when coadministered with other serotonergic agents, but also when taken alone.
Serotonin Syndrome Serotonergic antidepressants, including TRINTELLIX, can precipitate serotonin syndrome, a potentially life-threatening condition.
If concomitant use of TRINTELLIX with other serotonergic drugs is clinically warranted, inform patients of the increased risk for serotonin syndrome and monitor for symptoms.
