For patients taking warfarin, carefully monitor coagulation indices when initiating, titrating, or discontinuing RALDESY.
Warfarin: Monitor for increased or decreased prothrombin time ( 7 ).
For patients taking warfarin, carefully monitor the international normalized ratio (INR) when initiating or discontinuing RALDESY [see Warnings and Precautions (5.5) ].
Increased Risk of Bleeding: Concomitant use of aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), other antiplatelet drugs, warfarin, and other anticoagulants may increase this risk ( 5.5 ).
