Hypersensitivity reactions such as angioedema and anaphylactic reactions have been reported in patients treated with other amphetamine products [ see Adverse Reactions (6) ] .
Serotonin Syndrome: Increased risk when co-administered with serotonergic agents (e.g., SSRIs, SNRIs, triptans), but also during overdosage situations.
Discontinue treatment with DYANAVEL XR and any concomitant serotonergic agents immediately if symptoms of serotonin syndrome occur, and initiate supportive symptomatic treatment.
Serotonergic Drugs Clinical Impact The concomitant use of DYANAVEL XR and serotonergic drugs increases the risk of serotonin syndrome.
If serotonin syndrome occurs, discontinue DYANAVEL XR and the concomitant serotonergic drug(s) [ see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.7 ) ] .
