Kwas mefenamowy i Wenlafaksyna: interakcja
Kwas mefenamowy i Wenlafaksyna: obie etykiety FDA opisują interakcję, która zwykle wymaga monitorowania, zmiany dawki lub zachowania odstępu między dawkami.

Concomitant use of aspirin, Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), warfarin, and other anticoagulants may add to this risk.
Patients should be cautioned about the increased risk of bleeding associated with the concomitant use of Venlafaxine Extended Release Tablets and NSAIDs, aspirin, or other drugs that affect coagulation.
These studies have also shown that concurrent use of an NSAID or aspirin may potentiate this risk of bleeding.
Drugs that Interfere with Hemostasis (e.g., NSAID’s, Aspirin, and Warfarin) Serotonin release by platelets plays an important role in hemostasis.

Intervention: Monitor patients with concomitant use of mefenamic acid with anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin), antiplatelet agents (e.g., aspirin), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), and serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) for signs of bleeding [see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.12 )] .
