If serotonin syndrome occurs, consider discontinuation of Duloxetine Delayed-Release Capsules and/or concomitant serotonergic drugs [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.6 ), Warnings and Precautions ( 5.4 )] .

Mechanism and Clinical Effect(s) Concomitant use of Duloxetine Delayed-Release Capsules with other serotonergic drugs increases the risk of serotonin syndrome.

Anyone considering the use of trimipramine capsules or any other antidepressant in a child, adolescent, or young adult must balance this risk with the clinical need.
