Lisinopril ist ein ACE-Hemmer, der als Zestril, Prinivil und Qbrelis und vielfach als Generikum verkauft wird. Es entspannt und erweitert die Blutgefäße, was den Blutdruck senkt und das Herz entlastet. Es ist für Bluthochdruck bei Erwachsenen und Kindern ab 6 Jahren, als Zusatztherapie bei Herzinsuffizienz und zur Verbesserung des Überlebens nach einem Herzinfarkt zugelassen.
