Was die FDA-Fachinformationen sagen
Aus der FDA-Fachinformation zu Hydrocortison (Alkindi Sprinkle) · Stand 2026-04-21
Concurrent administration of corticosteroids with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) may increase the risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.

Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) Clinical Impact: Concomitant use of NSAIDs and corticosteroids increases the risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.
The clearance of salicylates may be increased with concurrent use of corticosteroids; this could lead to decreased salicylate serum levels or increase the risk of salicylate toxicity when corticosteroid is withdrawn.
Intervention: Monitor patients receiving ALKINDI SPRINKLE and concomitant NSAIDs.
Aus der FDA-Fachinformation zu Butalbital, Acetylsalicylsäure und Koffein (BUTALBITAL, ASPIRIN, AND CAFFEINE) · Stand 2026-05-11
In patients receiving concomitant corticosteroids and chronic use of aspirin, withdrawal of corticosteroids may result in salicylism because corticosteroids enhance renal clearance of salicylates and their withdrawal is followed by return to normal rates of renal clearance.
