Was die FDA-Fachinformationen sagen
Aus der FDA-Fachinformation zu Cenobamat (Xcopri) · Stand 2025-08-25
Concomitant use with other CNS depressants or alcohol may have additive effects.
Anyone considering prescribing XCOPRI or any other AED must balance this risk with the risk of untreated illness.
Patients should be carefully observed for signs of central nervous system (CNS) depression, such as somnolence and sedation, when XCOPRI is used with other drugs with sedative properties because of potential additive effects.
CNS Depressants and Alcohol Concomitant use of XCOPRI with other CNS depressants, including alcohol, may increase the risk of neurological adverse reactions, including sedation and somnolence [see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.5 )] .
Aus der FDA-Fachinformation zu Cannabidiol (verschreibungspflichtig) (Epidiolex) · Stand 2026-05-29
Other CNS depressants, including alcohol, could potentiate the somnolence and sedation effect of EPIDIOLEX.
• Strong inducer of CYP3A4 or CYP2C19: Consider dose increase of EPIDIOLEX.
Effect of EPIDIOLEX on Other Drugs Antiepileptic Drugs Clobazam Concomitant use of EPIDIOLEX with clobazam increases plasma concentrations of N‑desmethylclobazam, the active metabolite of clobazam [see Clinical Pharmacology ( 12.3 )], which may increase the risk of clobazam-related adverse reactions [see Adverse Reactions ( 6.1 ) and Warnings and Precautions…
