Chlorothiazid und Torasemid: Beide FDA-Fachinformationen beschreiben eine Wechselwirkung, die in der Regel eine Überwachung, eine Dosisanpassung oder einen zeitlichen Abstand zwischen den Einnahmen erfordert.

Was die FDA-Fachinformationen sagen
Aus der FDA-Fachinformation zu Torasemid (Torsemide) · Stand 2026-07-21
Ototoxicity Tinnitus and hearing loss (usually reversible) have been observed with loop diuretics, including torsemide.
Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs): Reduced diuretic, natriuretic, and antihypertensive effects; risk of renal impairment.
Organic Anion Drugs: May decrease diuretic activity of torsemide.
The antihypertensive and diuretic effects of torsemide can be reduced by NSAIDs.
Monitor diuretic effect and blood pressure when used in combination with CYP2C9 inhibitor or inducer.
Aus der FDA-Fachinformation zu Chlorothiazid (DIURIL) · Stand 2021-11-01
Thiazides may add to or potentiate the action of other antihypertensive drugs.
Lithium generally should not be given with diuretics (see PRECAUTIONS , Drug Interactions ).
Other Antihypertensive Drugs - additive effect or potentiation.
Diuretic agents reduce the renal clearance of lithium and add a high risk of lithium toxicity.
Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) Including Selective Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) Inhibitors - In some patients, the administration of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent including a selective COX-2 inhibitor can reduce the diuretic, natriuretic, and antihypertensive effects of loop, potassium-sparing and thiazide diuretics.
