Effect of Other Drugs on Cyclophosphamide Exposure Protease Inhibitors Concomitant use of protease inhibitors may increase the concentration of cytotoxic metabolites and may enhance the toxicities of cyclophosphamide, including higher incidence of infections, neutropenia, and mucositis.
