Qué dicen las etiquetas de la FDA
De la etiqueta de Atazanavir (REYATAZ) · vigente desde 2024-12-05
In a clinical study, saquinavir 1200 mg coadministered with REYATAZ 400 mg and tenofovir DF 300 mg (all given once daily), and nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitors did not provide adequate efficacy [see Clinical Studies (14.2) ] . indinavir Coadministration of REYATAZ with indinavir is contraindicated.
REYATAZ is not recommended for pregnant patients during the second and third trimester taking REYATAZ with both tenofovir DF and an H2RA.
Nucleotide Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors: tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (DF) ↓ atazanavir ↑ tenofovir When coadministered with tenofovir DF in adults, it is recommended that REYATAZ 300 mg be given with ritonavir 100 mg and tenofovir DF 300 mg (all as a single daily dose with food).
Higher tenofovir concentrations could potentiate tenofovir-associated adverse reactions, including renal disorders.
Patients receiving REYATAZ and tenofovir DF should be monitored for tenofovir-associated adverse reactions.
De la etiqueta de Elvitegravir, cobicistat, emtricitabina y tenofovir (Genvoya) · vigente desde 2025-02-03
GENVOYA should not be administered with other antiretroviral medications for treatment of HIV-1 infection.
Not Recommended with Other Antiretroviral Medications GENVOYA is a complete regimen for the treatment of HIV-1 infection; therefore, coadministration of GENVOYA with other antiretroviral medications for treatment of HIV-1 infection should be avoided.
Complete information regarding potential drug-drug interactions with other antiretroviral medications is not provided [see Contraindications (4) , Warnings and Precautions (5.2) and Clinical Pharmacology (12.3) ] .
Coadministration of GENVOYA with other drugs that inhibit CYP3A may decrease the clearance and increase the plasma concentration of cobicistat.
Lactic Acidosis/Severe Hepatomegaly with Steatosis Lactic acidosis and severe hepatomegaly with steatosis, including fatal cases, have been reported with the use of nucleoside analogs, including emtricitabine, a component of GENVOYA, and tenofovir DF, another prodrug of tenofovir, alone or in combination with other antiretrovirals.
