Qué dicen las etiquetas de la FDA
De la etiqueta de Propofol (Diprivan) · vigente desde 2025-09-10
As with other sedative medications, there is wide interpatient variability in DIPRIVAN dosage requirements, and these requirements may change with time.
Opioids, Sedatives or Other Analgesic Agents : May increase the anesthetic/sedative and cardiorespiratory effects.
The concurrent administration of potent inhalational agents (e.g., isoflurane, sevoflurane, desflurane, enflurane, and halothane) during maintenance with DIPRIVAN are routinely used.
De la etiqueta de Desflurano (Suprane) · vigente desde 2026-07-15
Interactions with Desiccated Carbon Dioxide Absorbents Desflurane like some other inhalation anesthetics, can react with desiccated carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) absorbents to produce carbon monoxide that may result in elevated levels of carboxyhemoglobin in some patients.
As with other halogenated anesthetic agents, SUPRANE may cause sensitivity hepatitis in patients who have been sensitized by previous exposure to halogenated anesthetics [See Contraindications (4)].
Laboratory Findings Transient elevations in glucose and white blood cell count may occur as with use of other anesthetic agents.
