Do not use with angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) or angiotensin- converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) in patients with diabetes.

In general, avoid combined use of Tekturna with ACE inhibitors or ARBs, particularly in patients with creatinine clearance (CrCl) less than 60 mL/min [see Contraindications ( 4 ), Drug Interactions ( 7 ) and Clinical Studies ( 14.3 )] .

In general, avoid combined use of aliskiren with ACE inhibitors or ARBs, particularly in patients with CrCl less than 60 mL/min.

Do not co-administer aliskiren with perindopril erbumine tablets in patients with diabetes. [see Drug Interactions (7.8) ] Perindopril erbumine tablets are contraindicated in combination with neprilysin inhibitor (e.g., sacubitril).

Do not co-administer aliskiren with perindopril erbumine tablets in patients with diabetes ( 4 , 7.8 )

Do not co-administer aliskiren with perindopril erbumine in patients with diabetes.

Avoid use of aliskiren with perindopril erbumine in patients with renal impairment (GFR <60 mL/min).

Dual Blockade of the Renin-Angiotensin System (RAS) Dual blockade of the RAS with angiotensin receptor blockers, ACE inhibitors, or aliskiren is associated with increased risks of hypotension, hyperkalemia, and changes in renal function (including acute renal failure) compared to monotherapy.
