Avoid concomitant use of strong CYP3A4 inhibitors.

If concomitant administration of a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor cannot be avoided, consider a dose reduction [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.3 )] .

Antineoplastics: dasatinib, nilotinib ↑ antineoplastics A decrease in the dosage or an adjustment of the dosing interval of dasatinib and nilotinib may be necessary for patients.
