Hyperglycemia Corticosteroids can increase blood glucose, worsen pre-existing diabetes, and predispose those on long-term therapy to diabetes mellitus, and may reduce the effect of the antidiabetic drugs.

Antidiabetics Corticosteroids, including HEMADY, may increase blood glucose concentrations [see Warnings and Precautions (‎ 5.1 ) and Adverse Reactions (‎ 6 )] .

Consider adjusting the dose of antidiabetic agents, as necessary, when coadministered with HEMADY.

CYP2C8 and CYP3A4 Inducers Intervention: Repaglinide tablets dose increases and increased frequency of glucose monitoring may be required when co‑administered.
