Hypertension: Patients taking some antihypertensive medications may have impaired response to these therapies when taking NSAIDs.
ACE Inhibitors, Angiotensin Receptor Blockers, and Beta-Blockers Clinical Impact: NSAIDs may diminish the antihypertensive effect of ACE inhibitors, ARBs, or beta-blockers (including propranolol).
