Hypoglycemia Risk in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus In patients using insulin, agents enhancing insulin secretion (e.g., sulfonylureas), or insulin sensitizers (e.g., thiazolidinedione class), based on the mechanism of action, TARGRETIN could enhance the action of these agents, resulting in hypoglycemia.
