Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors: Avoid concomitant use.
Moderate or Strong CYP3A4 inducers: Avoid concomitant use.
Concomitant use of QUVIVIQ with a strong inhibitor of CYP3A4 is not recommended [see Dosage and Administration (2.2) ] .
Prevention or Management: Concomitant use of QUVIVIQ with a strong or moderate inducer of CYP3A4 is not recommended [see Dosage and Administration (2.2) ] .
Risk increases when used with other central nervous system (CNS) depressants.

Concomitant use with other CNS depressants or alcohol may have additive effects.
Patients should be carefully observed for signs of central nervous system (CNS) depression, such as somnolence and sedation, when XCOPRI is used with other drugs with sedative properties because of potential additive effects.
CNS Depressants and Alcohol Concomitant use of XCOPRI with other CNS depressants, including alcohol, may increase the risk of neurological adverse reactions, including sedation and somnolence [see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.5 )] .
