Co-administration with a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor may increase serum levels of cinacalcet.
Dose adjustment of Sensipar may be required if a patient initiates or discontinues therapy with a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole).
