Serotonin Syndrome : Increased risk when co-administered with other serotonergic agents, but also when taken alone.
If concomitant use of CYMBALTA with other serotonergic drugs is clinically warranted, inform patients of the increased risk for serotonin syndrome and monitor for symptoms.
