Avoid concomitant use of fluconazole with lemborexant.
Lemborexant Concomitant administration of fluconazole increased lemborexant C max and AUC by approximately 1.6-and 4.2-fold, respectively which is expected to increase risk of adverse reactions, such as somnolence.

Strong or moderate CYP3A inhibitors: Avoid concomitant use.
Intervention: Avoid concomitant use of DAYVIGO with strong or moderate CYP3A inhibitors [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.2 )].
Weak CYP3A inhibitors: The maximum recommended dose is 5 mg.
