Strong CYP3A4 Inducers Concomitant use of JAKAFI/JAKAFI XR with strong CYP3A4 inducers may decrease ruxolitinib exposure [ see Clinical Pharmacology ( 12.3 )] , which may reduce efficacy of JAKAFI/JAKAFI XR.
