Über Tramadol
Fakten, Mythen und Behauptungen aus dem NetzTramadol (Ultram, ConZip, Qdolo) ist ein verschreibungspflichtiges Opioid-Schmerzmittel. Es bindet an My-Opioidrezeptoren und blockiert außerdem schwach die Wiederaufnahme von Serotonin und Noradrenalin. Es ist für Erwachsene mit Schmerzen zugelassen, die so stark sind, dass ein Opioid nötig ist, wenn andere Möglichkeiten nicht ausreichen. Tabletten und Lösung mit sofortiger Freisetzung werden bei Bedarf alle 4 bis 6 Stunden eingenommen; Retardformen werden einmal täglich eingenommen. In den USA ist es eine kontrollierte Substanz der Stufe IV (Schedule IV).
