El tramadol (Ultram, ConZip, Qdolo) es un analgésico opioide de prescripción. Se une a los receptores opioides mu y además bloquea débilmente la recaptación de serotonina y noradrenalina. Está aprobado para adultos con dolor lo bastante intenso como para necesitar un opioide cuando otras opciones no son suficientes.
