Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) There is an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are combined with NSAIDs.
Caution should be used when NSAIDs are administered concomitantly with SSRIs.

Other Drugs Affecting Hemostasis: Increased risk of bleeding with concomitant use of NSAIDs, aspirin, or other drugs affecting coagulation ( 5.8 , 5.10 ).
These studies have also shown that concurrent use of an NSAID or aspirin may potentiate this risk of bleeding.
Concomitant use of aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, warfarin, and other anticoagulants may add to this risk.
Patients should be cautioned about the increased risk of bleeding associated with the concomitant use of Fluvoxamine Maleate Tablets and NSAIDs, aspirin, or other drugs that affect coagulation [see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.8 )] .
