Coadministration of bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets (XL) with ticlopidine or clopidogrel is not recommended (7.1).
CYP2B6 Inhibitors: Ticlopidine or clopidogrel may increase bupropion exposure.
Inhibitors of CYP2B6 Ticlopidine and Clopidogrel: Concomitant treatment with these drugs can increase bupropion exposures but decrease hydroxybupropion exposure.
