Anticoagulants and Antiplatelet Drugs rivaroxaban cilostazol, coumarins, dabigatran Cilostazol: Concomitant administration of single doses of cilostazol 100 mg and ketoconazole 400 mg approximately doubled cilostazol concentrations and altered (increase/decrease) the concentrations of the active metabolites of cilostazol.
