Antimalarial : artemether/lumefantrine ↔ etravirine ↓ artemether ↓ dihydroartemisinin ↓ lumefantrine Caution is warranted when co-administering Etravirine and artemether/lumefantrine as it is unknown whether the decrease in exposure of artemether or its active metabolite, dihydroartemisinin, could result in decreased antimalarial efficacy.
