CONTRAINDICATIONS Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) The use of MAOIs intended to treat psychiatric disorders with Pamelor or within 14 days of stopping treatment with Pamelor is contraindicated because of an increased risk of serotonin syndrome.
