Warfarin : Monitor prothrombin time when starting or stopping EVISTA.
Warfarin If EVISTA is given concomitantly with warfarin or other warfarin derivatives, prothrombin time should be monitored more closely when starting or stopping therapy with EVISTA [see Clinical Pharmacology ( 12.3 )] .
